123EZAlerts End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity, referred to hereinafter as "you") and CCJM Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of 123EZAlerts, a software product developed by CCJM Solutions (the "Software").

By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software

2. License Grant

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity, referred to hereinafter as "you") and CCJM Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of 123EZAlerts, a software product developed by CCJM Solutions (the "Software").

By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software

4. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, belong to the Company or its licensors. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

5. Updates

The Company may from time to time, in its sole discretion, develop and provide Software updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other corrections ("Updates"). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality. You agree that the Company has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if it ceases to support the Software, which the Company may do in its sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will also terminate, and you shall cease all use of the Software.

7. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The use of the Software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Software. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
